About Dr. Neal

Dr. Neal attended Stephen F. Austin State University where she graduated with both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees and then graduated with a Doctorate Degree in Education from Baylor University.  She has been a classroom teacher in Nacogdoches ISD, Palestine ISD, and Round Rock ISD. 

She was an Assistant Principal in Round Rock ISD and later worked as an Educational Consultant for Region 7 Education Service Center. 

Since coming to Lindale ISD, Dr. Neal has served as Principal of the Lindale Early Childhood Center and Principal of College Street Elementary. In July 2012 she began her role as Assistant Superintendent.
