E.J. Moss Intermediate: 6th Grade DC, NY and Philadelphia Trip

Our 6th grade students here at E.J. Moss had a wonderful time on the annual Washington DC, New York and Philadelphia trip!  They visited many historical sites in Washington DC and Philadelphia.  Four of our students had the honor of participating in the Changing of the Guard at the site of the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.  They saw all the lights and sights of New York City and went to a Broadway show and watched The Lion King!  This was a fun and educational experience that we are sure the students will never forget!

Every sixth grader has the opportunity to join in on the experience.  The students do a wide variety of fund raising throughout the school year to earn money for their trip as it is not funded by LISD.
