If your child has a change in his/her normal routine, please contact the Office before 2:00 p.m. or send a note that morning.   This is very important, because it allows ample time to notify teachers of the change.  We will send a child home the usual way unless a note or phone call comes from the parent.

In order for your child to begin riding the school bus, you will need to contact the Transportation Dept. at 903-881-4110After your child has been assigned a bus number, please call your child's campus with the information.

Your child's safety is our top priority.  Thank you for your help.

Visitors

Visitors are most welcome!!  We ask that you always enter through the main entrance of our building, at that time you will be buzzed into the building, and then check in at the front office to get a visitor's badge before going anywhere in the building.  We ask that you sign out in the office upon leaving the building.  You will need to present a valid state issued ID in order to get your visitor badge.  Thank you for keeping our school safe!

Other Important Items

Tardy Bell is at 8:05 a.m.  If your child arrives after 8:05 a.m., please stop by the office for a tardy slip before sending them to their classroom.

Classes dismiss each day:  Bus Riders at 3:00 p.m.       All Car Riders at 3:00 p.m.

Absences- Please call the office by 10:00 a.m. explaining the absence or send a note when the child returns to school.

Birthday Parties- Birthdays will be celebrated during the last 15-20 minutes of the day and the exact time will depend on the teacher's class schedule.  There will be a 15-20 minute time limit for celebration which will not interfere with the academic schedule.  No cupcakes will be served before lunch.  Please make sure all cupcakes are pre-packaged with an ingredient label attached-PLEASE NO homemade cupcakes due to possible food allergies.  Teachers will send out information each month to parents of those students celebrating birthdays.

Party Invitations- If you want to send party invitations to school, please include all of the students in your child's class (or all girls or all boys) to prevent hurt feelings.  Otherwise, please pass out all invitations after school is dismissed.  We have very young children and they don't always understand being left out.
